Hita

Funded Pilots

Start with a funded pilot.

A 6–12 month programme, free or subsidised for the agency and funded by grants, foundations or development partners, to build the evidence before scaling.

How a pilot runs

  1. Scope

Choose the area, target group and measures with the agency.

  2. Set up

Configure Hita on LINE and set escalation rules with the medical team.

  3. Launch

Enrol citizens through VHVs and sub-district hospitals with a QR code.

  4. Review monthly

Review results with the agency every month and adjust.

  5. Report

A final report to support the decision to scale.

What a pilot measures

  • Enrolment and weekly active users
  • Check-in response and blood pressure or sugar logging
  • Medication reminder adherence
  • Escalations and their outcomes
  • Citizen and staff satisfaction

Why start with a pilot

Public procurement needs evidence from real use. A funded pilot builds that evidence without using the agency's budget.
